de_dust_pcg: Source (Jun 8, 2005)

PC Gamer issue 150 came out today, including the second part of my CS:S mapping tutorial.

Now, that might not be that interesting if you know how to make CS:S maps already. On the other hand, plonk in the DVD (side A) and this might be more your thing:

Yep, now you lot can take Dust PCG and make it into something better, or simply rip out all the Dust components (like the arches) and use them in your own Dust maps, or find out exactly how the palm trees are done, blah blah etc. etc... hell, you lot that want a CZ version of the map - now you can do it yourself!

Exactly. I would kill for the magazine series.

Dave - how has the community responded to de_dust_pcg? I like it myself, but was wondering what type of feedback you have had. I have seen it on quite a few servers recently, so people must still enjoy it. Also, what are your thoughts on the map now that it has been out for a while, and has received a lot of play?
